The designation HSr stands for “Hammer-Action Rimfire.” It is cocked with the hammer and uses rimfire ammunition. The HSr is a modification of the HSc – here the c stands for “Centerfire” – based on the P232 from Sig Sauer. This symbiosis results in a robust and precise .22 caliber pistol in an elegant, distinctive design, featuring grip panels made of fine walnut.

The Mauser HSr is a full-metal construction made of aluminum, ensuring that the pistol is robust in use and that you will enjoy it for a long time. Despite its compact dimensions, the Mauser HSr can still be well controlled even during rapid fire sequences.

Compact and Safe
The Mauser HSr is equipped with a single/double-action trigger system. The decocking lever for safety after firing and the safe and easy disassembly come from the P232. The Mauser HSr features a firing pin safety as well as a drop safety. With the hammer lock, the pistol is quickly ready to fire, and with the side thumb safety, it can be easily secured manually. With its hammered 3.5-inch precision barrel and an overall length of 170 mm, it is very compact. The barrel has an M9x0.75 thread. The Mauser HSr is designed for the .22lr HV caliber with its stronger load and high speed (HV = high velocity).
