Meopta MeoStar R 1-6x24 RD The MeoStar R 1-6x24 RD is part of the new premium riflescope series from Meopta. Meopta's goal was to create a completely new series of riflescopes that includes more innovations and improvements compared to the successful predecessor series MeoStar R1r. But it maintains the optimal price-performance ratio. The MeoStar R 1-6x24 features a 6x zoom with true 1x magnification and a field of view of 36.5 m / 100 m. This provides an overview for quick shots during driven hunts at short distances, and helps to recognize smaller details at greater distances due to the 6x magnification. The optics feature the tried-and-tested and patented MeoLux multi-coating for optimal transmission values. The outer surfaces of the ocular and objective lenses have also been treated with the hydrophobic MeoDrop coating. This causes water and dirt to bead off, ensuring easy and effective cleaning. The stable tube body with a central tube diameter of 30 mm is made of durable aluminum. Like all riflescope models from Meopta, the MeoStar R is also filled with nitrogen. This prevents fogging of the internal optical surfaces.
