The Timney triggers for Remington 700 are state-of-the-art, individually adjustable, two-stage triggers. The triggers feature a carbo-nitride coating, which significantly increases the surface hardness and wear resistance of the metal, ensuring maximum, lifetime reliability. This coating is much harder than hardened tool steel and minimizes long-term wear, provides exceptional corrosion resistance, far exceeds military saltwater corrosion standards, and enhances the lubricity of your trigger. The wear parts are made from A2 tool steel, heat-treated to Rockwell 58, and coated with a Teflon-nickel finish. The lightweight aluminum housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and then anodized.

The triggers are fully adjustable - pre-travel (creep), over-travel, trigger weight, and also feature a side-blocking trigger safety specially developed by Timney. The Timney Remington 700 triggers are available in various configurations with curved or straight trigger shoes, as well as in black or nickel-plated finishes.
