The Stock
The plastic skeleton stock with camouflage pattern is ergonomically perfect with its straight back. The leather inlays on the pistol grip and forend feel very pleasant in the hands. The excellent ergonomic design ensures comfortable mounting, aiming, and shooting in every shooting position. The shooting hand remains completely relaxed, significantly increasing your accuracy.

The System
The hand tensioning system of the R8 Ultimate HunTec guarantees maximum safety through the relaxation of the firing spring. The tension is applied only immediately before the shot by pushing the tension slider forward. The quickly reloadable straight-pull repeating system is made of Dural, and the system housing is finished in matte black with an R8 inscription. You can choose between the caliber groups Mini, Standard, and Magnum with the corresponding R8 bolt. The dry-standing direct trigger has a trigger weight of 750 g.

The Barrels
The Blaser R8 barrels are available in barrel lengths of 42 cm, 47 cm, 52 cm, and 58 cm, depending on the caliber, and optionally feature an M15x1 barrel thread, a sight, and a fluting. The Blaser R8 barrels, like the chamber, are cold forged, making them perfectly concentric. The barrels have a DLC A+ coating (Diamond Like Carbon). This type of coating, which uses a carbon that has the hardness of a diamond, is very environmentally friendly and biocompatible compared to galvanic coatings. Through a thin-film coating process, the surfaces of the barrels achieve a high degree of hardness and become particularly resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion, as well as very smooth. This reduces maintenance effort and gives the barrel its noble, satin matte, deep black appearance. Blaser barrels are characterized by high precision and durability.
