Hardened synthetic resin completely envelops the lead balls. Upon firing, this synthetic resin disintegrates into fine, talc-like dust with protective properties. Since no air is trapped between the balls, they remain protected during their acceleration in the barrel and are not deformed in any way by inertial forces. Technical details: A tight shot pattern even over very long distances; twice as many balls in a target with a diameter of 25 cm at a distance of 55 m; 10% deeper penetration than with a conventional cartridge at a distance of 45 m.
