The semi-automatic pistol SP5K from Heckler & Koch – a reliable civilian pistol in the guise of the legendary MP5With the SP5K – “K” = “short” refers to the barrel length – Heckler & Koch primarily has hunters and collectors in mind, as the semi-automatic pistol with the shoulder stock comes in the design of the classic MP5.

Compact and robust
The construction of the SP5K is very compact and robust. It is made of durable polymer plastic, except for the barrel, which is made of cold-hammered and hard-chromed steel. The other heavily stressed components are also made of solid steel. The SP5K can be disassembled and reassembled for maintenance without tools.

Safe and reliable handling
The SP5K can be used as a pistol or shoulder-supported. The movable supported roller lock makes it a reliable and precise semi-automatic. It can be secured in all loading states. The SP5K features a NATO Stanag 4694 rail for mounting optics and other accessories and a tri-lug interface for QD suppressors. The ejection port is on the right, and the controls are ambidextrous. The single-stage trigger ensures precise shots and a consistent rate of fire. The rotary sight is adjustable in 4 positions.
