The Haptics
When it comes to handling the Walther PDP 5“ Match Polymer, two factory-developed technologies from Walther are noteworthy: “SuperTerrain Serrations” refers to the raised grip grooves at the front and back of the slide. Even in wet weather, fingers do not slip while reloading. “Performance Duty Texture” refers to the surface of the fiberglass-reinforced full-size polymer grip, which, with its tetrahedral structure, does not irritate the skin even during prolonged firm gripping and allows the hand to become one with the pistol haptically. The arrangement of the elements allows for intuitive operation of the pistol, enabling you to fully concentrate on your target.

The Ergonomic Design
The PDP 5“ Match Polymer features, as mentioned, a fiberglass-reinforced full-size polymer grip. This material makes it lightweight yet robust. The grip angle automatically leads to optimal pointing behavior. The sight line is low for quick target acquisition. This is accompanied by the optimization of the position, travel, and pressure point of the trigger, a “Dynamic Performance Trigger.” The trigger is intuitive and controlled, easily reachable with the finger. The Magazine
Optionally, you can equip the PDP 5“ Match Polymer with an 18 or 20-round magazine. The staggered cartridge chamber allows for reliable feeding of the cartridge, providing the PDP with more muzzle energy and reducing residue in the pistol. The PDP has trigger, firing pin, and safety (disconnector) safeties.
