Caution during mounting
In a compact target optic, everything is often very close together, and space is limited. Therefore, the new 1.5-15x40 NXT must be mounted with special care. It is not advisable to tighten a mounting ring with 2.5 Newton meters directly above the parallax adjustment unless you are using a high-quality mount that distributes the force absolutely evenly. The wider and more circular the ring, the better the force is distributed. It is best to place the front mounting ring as far forward on the objective as possible to avoid the critical zone. A torque of 1.9 Newton meters is completely sufficient. Of course, the rings can also be additionally glued to further increase stability.
