First-class construction
Harris bipods have established themselves worldwide among hunters, sport shooters, police, and military. There is a very simple reason for this: the construction is well thought out and executed to the highest standards. Despite the relatively delicate design, the stability is excellent. Hit performance is often significantly improved. In strong calibers, the springs can absorb recoil, preventing muzzle rise. Thus, the point of impact remains very consistent.

Mounting
The mounting is unproblematic on most weapons. However, a sling swivel stud must be present. This is the small loop that is often found on many bolt-action rifles, especially those made in America, for the carrying strap. It is 7.8 mm wide and has a hole with a diameter of 3.7 mm. If your weapon does not have a sling swivel stud, you will need to order one separately.

The original Harris bipod model BRM with a 6-step locking mechanism for quick height adjustment and compensation for uneven ground. The height locking occurs via a push button for each leg. The feet are approximately 15 cm long when retracted and 23 cm when extended.

The bipod can be mounted on most weapons completely unproblematic and without additional tools on the weapon's own sling swivel bases (mounted as standard on almost all US weapons).
