Mint Colt model SAA revolver in .22lr calibre. From 1977 in original wooden case lined with red velvet (lockable). The revolver has a nickel-plated frame with barrel, hammer and trigger. Barrel and grip frame are blued black. The barrel is labelled as follows: Left side of barrel "THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS". Top of barrel COLT'S PT. FA. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. Right side of barrel PEACEMAKER BUNTLINE. 22. frame left side 77 in shield on barrel root and above trigger guard PAT. SEPT. 19.1871 underneath JULY 2.72. JAN. 19.75 and Colt horse. The grip panels are made of mottled mother-of-pearl. The revolver is finely chiselled on the underside of the grip. Inside the case is the following wooden label with the inscription: UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AMENDED II THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
