This dog protection vest consists of a total of five layers, providing the dog with safety without restricting movement.
Internally, there are three layers of durable Dyneema material. In numerous perforation tests conducted by the ITV*-laboratory, the durability of this fabric was tested according to EN 13567.
A resistance to a pressing force of a full 2,100 N (approximately 210 kg) was determined.
The outer fabric chosen is Cordura 600 DTEX with a ripstop structure, making the vest practically tear-proof yet still flexible.
The fabric is water-repellent and has a coating that protects the fibers of the Dyneema material from UV radiation.
Internally, there is also a fifth layer that provides the dog with a comfortable wearing experience and protects against chafing.

Adjustable Zipper System
The Browning Hundeschutzweste Protect Hunter features an adjustable zipper system.
With the additionally available zippers, the size of the vest can be optimally adjusted to your dog if the standard size does not fit.
The Velcro closures at the neck are also adjustable.
The cross seams on all Velcro closures guarantee additional strength.

Optimal Visibility
Thanks to the bright neon orange color and the reflectors on the sides, the dog is optimally visible even in underbrush.
The vest is used during driven hunts for game as well as during small game drives.

Measuring Tips:
When measuring your hunting dog, we recommend doing this with two people and using a measuring tape. The dog should stand straight and not sit.

Measuring the Chest Circumference:
The measuring tape is placed behind the front legs and the measurement is read at the top between the shoulder blades.

Please ensure that the measuring tape is not pulled too tight. It should fit loosely.
