Stock
The Browning 525 Composite Adjustable features an appealing hunting stock made of high-quality composite material with textured inserts on the forend and pistol grip. The high-quality stock is complemented by an adjustable stock comb. With the Pro Fit adjustment system, the stock cheek piece can be optimally adjusted. The drop and cast of the shotgun can be adjusted using the adjustment screw. Additionally, the stock is prepared for the optional installation of a counterweight. The extra weight improves the balance of the shotgun and reduces perceived recoil. The stock is finished with a 20 mm wide, elastic, and smooth Inflex II recoil pad, which significantly reduces recoil and simultaneously slides quickly and securely into the shoulder when shouldered.
Receiver and Locking Mechanism
Receiver made of durable forged steel. Wide and flat locking wedge that offers three times larger locking surfaces than other systems. Chrome-plated barrels and chambers, which do not rust and are maintenance-friendly.
Firing Pin
Due to its size, the firing pin has very large contact surfaces, which guarantees a long service life and reliability.
Barrel Bundle - Back-bored Barrel
The principle of the Back-bored™ barrel is based on increasing the diameter of the barrel bore, resulting in three advantages: increased speed, better penetration/coverage of the shot, and reduced recoil.
