Tawny Owl Servus - Silent Hunting Backpack

A good hunting backpack should meet all important hunting requirements: It should have sufficient internal capacity to accommodate essential equipment such as binoculars, ammunition cases, warm clothing, or a blanket. Additionally, there should be several compartments and pockets available where items that are used more or less frequently, such as hunting licenses, flashlights, gloves, or provisions, can be easily stored and found.

All clattering or metallic-sounding items increase the risk of attracting the attention of game and thus jeopardizing hunting success. The Forest Owl hunting backpack Cervus is made from the finest mountain loden and high-quality fat nubuck leather in our own manufactory with great care and attention to detail. In addition to two externally mounted pockets, it has four more cotton inner pockets, two of which are open and two can be closed with a zipper. One of the open pockets is designed to hold a smaller thermos or a spotting scope. The main opening of the hunting backpack can be closed with a drawstring, and the separate closure of the lid allows the seat bag to be comfortably secured on top. An additional side zipper on the main compartment allows access to the contents of the backpack, even when fully packed. The Cervus hunting backpack is completely free of any noise-producing closure elements. The drawstring of the main compartment runs through a leather guide, and the intelligently designed closures of the mounted outer pockets are also made entirely of nubuck leather. They can be easily opened even with thick gloves and produce virtually no noise. The length-adjustable carrying straps are padded with felt made from pure new wool and are adjusted to the appropriate size of the wearer using eyelets and leather straps at the bottom of the backpack, thus eliminating the need for metal buckles.

Well-Thought-Out Details
The two outer pockets are positioned in such a way that they create an additional compartment behind them, where we have placed a foldable and space-saving seat mat that is very useful when sitting on cold and unpadded surfaces. One of the outer pockets has a Velcro attachment for the Forest Owl ammunition cases, which can be purchased separately. An elaborate quilted padding on the back increases comfort even during longer hikes, and side-mounted loops allow you to attach small and medium game or additional hunting equipment to the backpack. The practical and exceptionally beautiful material combination and the good workmanship make the Forest Owl hunting backpack a valuable companion in all hunting situations. Additionally, it also serves as a classic hiking backpack, and the accompanying seat mat will provide welcome comfort during breaks or picnics.
Please note: Our mineral-tanned fat nubuck leather, which we use for the straps and leather trims, is a proven and long-used top leather. Due to strong perspiration, it may transfer some color to light textiles. You should keep this in mind when using the backpack for hiking in summer, for example! However, the discolorations can be washed out with appropriate detergents!
