The Impact Sport meets the two fundamental requirements of sports shooters and hunters: It reliably protects against the sound of firearms while its sophisticated sound management system ensures full perception ability. Signals and calls remain clearly audible, significantly improving the safety of shooters. The powerful directional microphones pick up speech and ambient sounds, while the electronics ensure a safe 82 dB(A) in the ear. This results in natural hearing and allows for normal communication. If the noise level rises above 82 dB(A), the amplifier is automatically turned off, and the hearing is protected from harmful noise by the attenuation performance of the Impact Sport. The Impact Sport operates with two microphones, creating a stereophonic sound. This means that every sound can be attributed to its actual direction. After four hours, it automatically shuts off. It has flatter cups than any other active hearing protection, preventing any issues when shouldering. The Impact Sport is foldable and can be stored in tight spaces. It is also possible to connect radios or MP3 players via a small jack plug.
