The Bore-Snake from Hoppe's is one of the fastest cleaning systems for firearms. The BoreSnake offers the following cleaning functions:
1. The initial area of the cleaning cord picks up loose dirt before it reaches the working area of the brush.
2. The bronze brush woven into the cleaning cord removes stubborn residues.
3. The cleaning area of the cleaning cord, with its surface area up to 160 times that of a normal cleaning patch, removes the contaminants loosened by the bronze brush.
4. The brass weight at the front end glides effortlessly through the barrel. When exiting the muzzle, the cleaning cord is then pulled through the barrel by the chamber end.
