The TOPS B.O.B. Fieldcraft is an extremely practical bushcraft knife developed by the "Brothers of Bushcraft." The group, based in the wilderness of the USA, has made it their mission to share and spread knowledge and experiences. They teach interested bushcrafters of all ages, completely independent of prior knowledge and skills. The robust blade of the Fieldcraft 3.5 is significantly shorter at just under 9.5 centimeters than that of the original version, but it is also made from non-stainless 1095 carbon steel. It is coated with a durable finish to protect it from corrosion and environmental influences. The Scandi grind and the satin-finished cutting edge make the knife a true multi-talent. The outdoor knife, equipped with a Micarta handle, sits securely in the hand thanks to its ergonomic grip shape and fine texturing. Additionally, the jimping on the spine of the blade increases grip. Furthermore, this practical bushcraft knife is equipped with additional useful features. The storage bowl on both sides of the handle can be used for fire-making with a bow, and the ambidextrous thumb ramp enhances control while carving. The striking pommel, which protrudes significantly beyond the end of the handle, is notched and can be used instead of the knife blade as a striker or scraping edge for the included fire starter.
