The bullets are additionally calibrated to achieve the highest possible performance. Process & TechnologyCopper-plated LOS bullets are manufactured using the swaging process. The lead cores are made from a carefully constructed lead-antimony alloy to ensure the appropriate bullet hardness and compactness. Subsequently, the lead cores are plated with pure electrolytic copper using the galvanizing process. The LOS plating is a special procedure in which we ensure that each bullet has a very compact and thick coating.
