Timney Triggers are characterized by precision machining and high-quality craftsmanship, and are individually hand-tested and calibrated. The Timney triggers of the Calvin Elite series are named after Calvin Motley, Timney's design genius. They are state-of-the-art, individually adjustable, two-stage triggers.

The trigger features a carbo-nitride coating, which significantly increases the surface hardness and wear resistance of the metal and guarantees maximum, lifelong functionality. This coating is much harder than hardened tool steel and minimizes long-term wear, provides exceptional corrosion resistance, far exceeds military saltwater corrosion standards, and enhances the lubricity of your trigger. The wear parts are made of A2 tool steel, heat-treated to Rockwell 58, and coated with a Teflon-nickel finish. The lightweight aluminum housing is made from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum, CNC machined with state-of-the-art robotics, and anodized in Timney Elite Gold.
