The Timney triggers for Remington 700 are state-of-the-art, individually adjustable, two-stage triggers. The new Timney Safety triggers for Remington 700 are the latest in the series.

The triggers feature a carbo-nitride coating, which significantly increases the surface hardness and wear resistance of the metal, ensuring maximum, lifetime reliability. This coating is much harder than hardened tool steel and minimizes long-term wear, provides exceptional corrosion resistance, far exceeds military standards for saltwater corrosion, and enhances the lubricity of your trigger. The wear parts are made from A2 tool steel, heat-treated to Rockwell 58, and coated with a Teflon-nickel finish. The lightweight aluminum housing is CNC precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and then anodized.

The triggers are fully adjustable - pre-travel (creep), over-travel, trigger weight, and also feature a side-blocking trigger safety specially designed by Timney. The Timney Remington 700 Safety triggers are available in various configurations with curved or straight trigger shoes, as well as in black or nickel-coated finishes.
