High-precision loading press in linear guide technology with maximum centering accuracy between the case holder and die holder. It is essentially an O-frame press with three guide columns between the base and top plate. A centering slide runs on these guide columns, which additionally centers the ram column in addition to the already very precise guidance in the base plate throughout the entire pressing stroke. Thus, there is triple guidance over the entire stroke length instead of simple guidance only in the base plate. Market-standard casting presses predominantly have an accuracy (play and centering) in the 1/10 mm range. In this press, this has been reduced to what is absolutely necessary due to functionality and is in the 1/100 mm range, making it 10 times more accurate. This avoids spindle play, offset, and angular errors of the ram column, and the case is fed exactly concentrically to the die. This technology is also used in tool and machine construction for high-precision casting, stamping, and bending devices. The guide and ram column and the joint pins are precision-ground and hard-chromed. All guides and pins run in maintenance-free solid lubricant sliding bearing bushings.
