This provides the bullets with maximum protection against lead, making them excellent for shooting in indoor ranges. The bullets are additionally calibrated to achieve the highest possible performance. Process & TechnologyCopper-plated LOS bullets are manufactured using the swaging process. The lead cores are made from a carefully constructed lead-antimony alloy to ensure the appropriate bullet hardness and compactness. Subsequently, the lead cores are plated with pure electrolytic copper using the galvanizing process. The LOS plating is a special procedure where we ensure that each bullet has a very compact and thick coating. The bullets are then calibrated to achieve the highest possible accuracy and performance.
