The Timney AR15 Targa trigger is a self-contained, 100% Drop-In trigger that provides an exceptionally smooth, crisp, two-stage trigger pull. It can be installed in your AR15 rifle without the help of a gunsmith. No fitting or adjustment required. The trigger housing is made from a lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum alloy in military grade, which has been CNC machined with state-of-the-art robotic technology and then anodized for superior durability. The trigger is also CNC machined, heat-treated, and coated. The trigger bar is made from S7 tool steel, cut using wire EDM, heat-treated to 58-60 Rockwell, and coated with Teflon-Nickel to ensure lubricity and reliable, long-lasting performance. It combines wear resistance with superior impact resistance to withstand heavy use without chipping or breaking. The precision-ground working surfaces ensure excellent reliability and a clear, clean sear release.

The Timney AR15 Targa trigger is installed using the original sear/trigger pins (standard .154" (0.39cm) Small Pin) of your rifle. The proprietary design of the trigger prevents pin walkout.
