The SAUER 101 Artemis has been specifically designed for the physical characteristics of female hunters, but is also suitable for smaller men. The S 101 Artemis is a firearm that has been created with all relevant details perfectly tailored to the physique of petite individuals.
The Sauer 101 Artemis in the Elegance version features a noble walnut stock of wood class 4 and a red, rubberized butt plate.
Equipped with an adjustable comb and a higher stock back, the Artemis Elegance offers the perfect dimensions for women. Additionally, the ladies' rifle impresses with a slimmer and steeper pistol grip as well as a reduced distance from the shooting hand to the trigger. But also the low weight and its compact length with a shorter stock truly make the Sauer 101 Artemis Elegance the ideal repeating rifle for female hunters.
The optimal dimensions for female hunters
The newly designed ladies' stock is fully oriented towards the female body structure, with the adjustable comb supporting an intuitive shooting position. Moreover, a two-centimeter shorter distance between the pistol grip and the trigger allows for a controlled pull. The 51 cm long barrel, weighing only 2.9 kg, ensures excellent balance.
Swivel stud
The integrated mini universal key (MUS) in the buttstock allows for quick and individual adjustment of the comb to the respective shooter, while the MUS also serves as a quickly detachable swivel stud.
Sun cut
The sun cut on the chamber, in conjunction with the matte laser line texture of the stock and the grip ball, provides a particularly graceful appearance. Additionally, the sun cut ensures a consistently flawless chambering.
DURA SAFE
For maximum safety and optimal operation, the 101 Artemis Elegance is equipped with DURA SAFE, a direct firing pin safety. The operation is intuitive and quiet via an ergonomic slider on the lock.
EVER REST bedding
The patented EVER REST concept offers utmost precision, providing an ultra-stable bedding with maximum possible decoupling of stock and system. Even under extreme weather conditions and after tens of thousands of shots, maximum accuracy is guaranteed.
Cold-hammered precision barrel
The manufacturing of the barrel and system takes place in Isny, with each barrel being cold-hammered and exhibiting a precision of under one MOA (29 mm with 5 shots at 100 meters), while the systems are produced using the latest CNC milling technology.
Direct trigger
The equipment of the repeating rifle 101 Artemis Elegance also includes a direct trigger with an extra wide and match rifle-shaped trigger, with a trigger weight of 950 g and the characteristic of the trigger can be described as "bone dry."
