The repeating rifle Sauer 101 Highland XTC
The repeating rifle Sauer 101 Highland XTC is the ultra-light carbon variant of the 101 family and outshines competitors in terms of weight, weighing only 2.5 kg. This weight performer is trimmed down to the smallest detail. Sauer could not hold back and fluted the barrel and even the chamber. The particularly shape-stable carbon stock is handcrafted to fully utilize not only the optical but also the technical properties of carbon. The DLC coating, diamond-like carbon, on the barrel and casing is 40 times thinner than human hair, yet many times harder than steel, combining absolute wear resistance with hardness and corrosion resistance.
The small 60-degree opening angle of the chamber and the textured ball on the chamber handle allow for quick cycling and thus high shot sequences. The dry direct trigger with only 950 g trigger resistance and the extra-wide, optimized match trigger blade ensure a secure hit.
This rifle is the absolute benchmark for hunters looking for a super-lightweight, high-tech rifle that features the latest technology, withstands the harshest conditions, and meets the highest demands.
