Sauer S404 exchange barrel with sighting

The Sauer 404 exchange barrels with sights are made from a specially developed plasma-nitrided steel, resulting in a hardened outer layer that is 0.1 mm thick. Inside, there is a soft steel core. This leads to each barrel oscillating optimally and shooting very precisely.
In the standard version, the Sauer 404 exchange barrel is manufactured with a barrel profile of 17 mm at the muzzle.
The heavy-medium version of the Sauer 404 exchange barrel is equipped with a 19.7 mm barrel profile at the muzzle. Sauer exchange barrels with a heavy contour are approximately 300 g heavier than the standard barrels, making the repeater more front-heavy and ensuring better oscillation behavior of the weapon. Additionally, the inherent precision of the barrel increases, and the recoil of the repeater rifle is reduced.
