The Meindl "Wet Proof" impregnation spray is suitable for the impregnation of all leather and textile shoes.
The "Wet Proof" impregnation spray from Meindl is designed for all trekking, work, and hunting shoes made of leather and Cordura. Meindl Wet Proof is a silicone-based pump spray for the impregnation and care of shoes. It is particularly well-suited for shoes with Gore-Tex® membranes, suede (velour), sanded surfaces (nubuck), and Cordura® leather combinations. Wet Proof hardly changes the leather surface and color compared to leather wax; it nourishes and cares for the leather without damaging the underlying membrane.

When applying, the shoes to be treated should be clean. For deeper impregnation, Wet Proof can be applied directly after cleaning to the not completely dry shoes. Seams and joints between the upper and sole should be particularly well impregnated. After about 5 minutes, reapply the impregnation. The impregnation should be allowed to take effect for about 12 hours before the shoes are used again. To increase longevity and beauty, re-impregnate regularly.
