The Blaser R8 Ultimate Silence combines the latest technical developments from Blaser in a repeating rifle: an innovative integral silencer meets a beautifully shaped, two-part Success stock. Primarily, the design of the hunting weapon focuses on protecting the hearing of the hunter and hunting dog.
The stock and system are prepared for the installation of a Blaser integral silencer, which significantly reduces the gunshot noise with a damping performance of 28 dB. Thanks to the evenly distributed mass along the entire barrel, the R8 Silence offers the familiar, top-notch balance and handling that characterizes every R8 model. The outer contour of the barrel and silencer jacket is designed in a stepless "Bull-Barrel" design, giving the R8 Silence both low weight and an exceptionally attractive overall appearance.
The ergonomically optimized Ultimate synthetic stock delights both shooters and hunters alike. The stock is divided into a rear and front section and visually adapts perfectly to the matte black anodized Blaser R8 system housing. The comb is infinitely adjustable. The height adjustment of the stock significantly improves the sighting behavior in the scope. The contact with the stock allows for a repeatably precise, clean position, which is a prerequisite for a safe hit.
The stock is exclusively made for right-handed shooters in the stock color black-brown with hand-stitched leather inserts on the pistol grip, fore-end, and cheek piece in dark brown. The synthetic stock is particularly durable and weather-resistant.
The additional Blaser R8 Ultimate equipment options allow the shooter to further customize the weapon to their individual needs and preferences. With the help of the adjustable butt plate, the shooter can individually adjust the length of the stock to their body measurements. Additionally, the repeating rifle can be equipped with a damping system according to preference. The recoil damping system can also be adjusted in terms of the damping level.
