Blaser System R8 Ultimate Black-Brown Semi-Weight

System and stock for the heavier 19-mm barrel that optimizes the oscillation behavior, for assembling a Blaser R8 Ultimate Semi-Weight repeating rifle.

The Semi-Weight barrels from Blaser are about 300 g heavier than the standard barrels, but this brings some advantages. The rifle becomes more front-heavy and oscillates better, plus there is reduced recoil. The fore-end is designed in this version to accommodate such a barrel. The overall stock is in black-brown and features black elastomer inserts on the grip areas and on the stock back. The rubber butt plate noticeably absorbs the recoil.

The system is made of dural and has a matte black finish, on which a gold-colored R8 logo can be seen on both sides. The rifle is secured by releasing the firing spring, which is only tensioned immediately before the shot is fired. The direct trigger releases at 750 g resistance without delay.
