The Blaser R8 semi-weight barrel is approximately 300 g heavier than the standard barrels. With the extra weight, the repeating rifle achieves better swing behavior, precision is increased, and recoil is reduced. The stock and system of this left-hand version of the Blaser R8 Professional Success Leather are designed to accommodate such a barrel.
The one-piece hole stock features black leather inlays on the pistol grip, forend, and stock back, giving it a pleasant feel and making it grippy. The genuine leather is impregnated, so it is unaffected by weather conditions. The stock impresses with its ergonomics and ensures a reliable aim, whether lying down, freehand, or supported. The stock cap additionally reduces recoil noticeably in addition to the barrel.
The metal surfaces are treated with a matte black finish that effectively protects against corrosion and other environmental influences. The closed construction prevents the ingress of dirt and residues.
