The Kieferle self-triggering trap for voles is the most reliable catching device for combating voles.

The self-triggering trap is simply placed in the exposed mouse tunnel, tensioned, and deactivated. The vole then tries to close the tunnel again. In doing so, the rodent may push soil in front of the trap. With other traps, this often leads to failure. However, not with this model!
