Böker makes it possible and presents the Böker Plus Micro USB OTF, a legally compliant OTF automatic knife in Germany with a 41 mm long utility blade. This is made possible by the classification of the BKA (file number SO13-2022-36166803), under which the knife is not considered a weapon according to §1 para. 2b due to its small blade dimensions. According to the classification of the BKA, the Böker Plus Micro USB OTF is covered by §42a of the WaffG and thus subject to the usual carrying restrictions for one-handed knives.
