ADVANTAGES OF THE 3D-PRINTED INTERNAL STRUCTURE

The closed structure and the constructive safety features result in the safest and lightest silencer on the market. The INCA series is based on the Maxim principle and has been translated into the 21st century. Every internal surface is actively flowed and thus self-cleaning. The simultaneously extremely large internal surface eliminates the "first shot effect," one of the most important features in hunting use.

The light and robust 3D-printed titanium muzzle silencer from the INCA series for every caliber. Fits any thread via thread adapter or quick release. 32dB damping performance at a length of 140mm from the muzzle, a diameter of 50mm, and only 340 grams!

The name INCA – derives from INtegrated CArbon Silencer. The titanium material makes the silencer suitable for high shot sequences with an outstanding weight-performance ratio.

Advantages of Carbon:
Carbon is a modern and extremely practical material. Carbon is a very light, stable, and corrosion-resistant material that has long been standard in many areas of high-performance technology. Its strength surpasses that of most metals and other composite materials. This is probably also one reason why carbon is used in FBT silencers. When the stock construction is right, a carbon fiber stock behaves much more pleasantly in recoil than a comparable stock made of aluminum, fiberglass, or wood. For example, cycling professionals also notice this – the carbon frame rides much more comfortably.

Info on the operating principle of silencers

Regarding the operating principle of the silencer, it should be noted that one must fundamentally distinguish between two types of silencers.

The first type is the simple but very effective "volume silencers," which work with simple expansion volumes. However, they require a very large design to achieve this volume. Representatives of this are
for example devices from Hausken, freyr& devic, Aim-Sport, ASE ULTRA or the Optima devices from A-tec.
The second type is "gas flow or sound propagation controlling devices," which includes the INCA 32 OBS, for example, 100%.
The INCA directs the sound waves or the supersonic gas flow into so-called "dead-end caverns" (based on the Maxim principle), which have a very small internal volume but a very large surface area.
The large and rough surface serves as a gas flow brake and cooling surface. The large surface thus eliminates the annoying "first-shot effect," which unfortunately always occurs during hunting.
