With the Walther Compact Knife Sharpener, you get a versatile tool to keep your knives in top shape. The sharpener offers 2 different sharpening angles – 17° for precise kitchen knives and 25° for robust hunting and outdoor knives. Thanks to the 2 different grinding inserts, you achieve optimal results. The carbide inserts with a dark, coarse V-cut provide the basic sharpness, while the ceramic inserts with a fine white V-cut give the edge a fine finish and restore its original sharpness. Handling is simple: Hold the knife sharpener with your left hand on the ribbed surface and press it onto a non-slip surface.
