Savage AXIS 2 PRECISION BOLT ACTION RIFLE - Product Description
The AXIS 2 PRECISION BOLT ACTION RIFLE belongs to the AXIS series from Savage Arms.
The AXIS 2 PRECISION BOLT ACTION RIFLE features a 56 cm long carbon steel precision barrel. The button-rifled and perfectly centered barrel offers high precision. No sights are included as standard. A muzzle brake, muzzle suppressor, or muzzle device can be easily screwed onto the pre-fabricated muzzle thread. This bolt action rifle is available in 6 caliber variants.
The famous AccuTrigger system from Savage Arms allows for even more precise long-range shooting, as the shooter has the flexibility to adjust the trigger to their preferences and needs. A scope can be easily mounted on the one-piece Picatinny rail. The oversized bolt handle allows for quick cycling even with gloves on. This bolt action rifle has a removable 10-round AICS steel magazine.
This rifle features a black/olive green MDT (Modular Driven Technologies) aluminum chassis. With the large MDT pistol grip, adjustable pull length, and cheek height, the AXIS II Precision can be perfectly tailored to the shooter's needs. The M-Lock handguard provides the option to quickly and easily add sling attachments, Picatinny rails for bipod or tripod adapters, and many other accessories. The whole package is rounded off with a black rubber butt pad.
The 108 cm long and 4.5 kg lightweight bolt action rifle from Savage Arms combines high quality with precision. Not the lightest model, but still very manageable due to the adjustment options and the large grip.
