The 4-piece die sets include a carbide sizing die. This eliminates the need for lubing the cases. The expanding die simultaneously forms the powder fill die in multi-station presses. The bullet seating die is equipped with a universal seating punch for all common bullet shapes. Additionally, a Factory Crimp die is included. For cylindrical handgun cartridges, the case mouth is crimped either with a taper crimp for pistol cartridges or with a roll crimp for revolver cartridges. A hardened insert ensures a tight bullet fit, and an additional carbide sizing ring smooths out any raised material. The bullet fit is significantly tighter than with other crimp dies. Even with the strongest Magnum revolver loads, the bullets are securely held in the case. The dies fit all common presses with a ⅞x14" standard thread. The dies are delivered with aluminum thread rings and a matching case holder in a sturdy plastic box.
