The TP9 Elite Combat Airsoft was developed by Canik in collaboration with the industry-leading expert in firearm tuning, Salient Arms International. The ammunition consists of 6mm caliber BBs. The gas blowback weapon is manufactured under license from Canik and is therefore equipped with all original markings. The barrel of the airsoft is licensed by SAI.
This airsoft weapon is a striker-fired pistol – a system with a pre-cocked firing pin lock. When the slide is pulled back and released, the firing pin remains in the rear position and is under spring tension. The trigger releases this tension and allows for firing. The direct contact between the firing pin and the valve ensures a realistic trigger response and quick slide movement.
A hop-up system is located below the slide of the air pistol and can be adjusted without any additional tools. The mounting of, for example, a red dot on the optic-ready slide is also possible. Additionally, a Picatinny rail is milled into the underside of the barrel.
For a more realistic shooting experience, the soft air features a flat-faced trigger. Additionally, the gas pistol's readiness can be checked through the gas level indicator.
The magazine is equipped with a funnel, which enlarges the magazine well in a funnel shape, making it easier to insert the magazine. The magazine release is reversible. The handgun is therefore suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users.
