With its 6x magnification, the Optika6 1-6x24 RD FFP riflescope is the optimal tool for any driven hunt. The 1x magnification provides an excellent overview of the shooting field, while the 6x zoom allows for safely targeting distant, moving game. With the variable magnification, quickly assessing various distances becomes particularly easy. The reticle is located in the first focal plane, making it easier to correct the point of aim. The proportions of the game in the reticle remain constant with increasing magnification. The illuminated dot is especially helpful in difficult lighting conditions and during hunting at bait sites, where a quick and secure shot must be ensured. The RD illuminated reticle can be adjusted via a rotary knob with seven brightness levels. The levels range from very dim to daylight illumination. The intermediate levels after each brightness setting allow the illumination to be turned off with a quick motion. This conserves the battery, but the selected brightness level can be quickly and securely reset. The windage adjustment of the Optika6 1-6x24 RD FFP is exposed and can be completely reset to zero. The elevation adjustment is also exposed but features a zero stop. The ion-assisted coated protective layer Meoshield reliably maintains the outer lens surfaces. It effectively protects the optics against scratches and mechanical stress under extreme conditions. Meoshield meets MIL specifications for durability and surface hardness. Also ion-assisted coated on all glass-air surfaces is the multi-coating Meobright 5501. This coating developed by Meopta eliminates reflections and increases transmission to an excellent 99.8% per glass-air surface.
