Unknown gunsmith work 98 system

Offered is a hunting repeating rifle, System 98 in caliber 8x68s.
The condition is good. It has a few dents and minor scratches in the bluing here and there, nothing noticeable.
Beautiful grain of the wooden stock.
However, the plastic butt plate has deformed over the years.
A new butt plate would need to be glued/screwed on, with the possibility of adjusting the stock length to one's individual needs.
Technically very good, barrel very good, mirror bright with flawless field-rifling profile.
The scope is a Hensoldt Diavari 1.5-6x, optically with a few scratches on the housing, lenses flawless without scratches, reticle 4a without errors.
The set trigger is a bit spongy when not engaged, but very good when engaged, breaks super dry.
