Tormek JK–140 width centering device for knives

This perfectly balanced, patented device allows for the stable sharpening of knives with long and flexible blades, such as fillet knives. With the extra wide device for knives, you achieve a symmetrical sharpening angle on both sides of the blade. The blade is centered in the device regardless of thickness and geometry, and you get the same result on both cutting edges of the knife. The longer clamp stabilizes flexible blades and prevents them from bending. This ensures the same angle and pressure across the entire cutting edge.
