Pulsar Krypton 2 FXG50
Thermal imaging attachment with a 50mm lens and a sensor 640x480 @ 12 m (NETD <40 mK)!The new Krypton 2 FXG50 now comes as the successor to the Pulsar Krypton XG50. Immediately noticeable is the completely newly developed housing and similar to the Proton, the slight offset upwards. This creates a bit more space between the device and the barrel, allowing it to be mounted largely even with very flat installations. The battery is now located on the top, which leads to better balance. The controls on the left side are ideal for right-handed hunters, but this is somewhat disadvantageous for left-handed shooters. Here, the remote control would be very suitable, thus shortening the long way to the front to the attachment.
Compact and Balanced DesignEvery additional gram of equipment counts during the hunt. Krypton 2 is simple and convenient to use. With its short length, low weight, and even weight distribution, the attachment has minimal impact on the balance of the "weapon optics" complex when mounted on the objective lens of an optical riflescope, with the controls of the attachment easily accessible.
Robust Housing Made of Magnesium AlloyThe robust, lightweight housing made of a magnesium alloy has high structural strength and protects the Krypton 2 from recoil and vibration stresses. It is resistant to external mechanical, temperature-related, and climatic influences. The magnesium alloy housing dissipates heat from the electronic components of the thermal imaging camera, thereby increasing the operational stability of the device.
Highest energy performance. Up to 10 hours of operation on a single chargeThe quickly replaceable and quickly rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack IPS7 provides enough energy for up to 10 hours of continuous operation. With one battery pack, the device can run all night without needing to be replaced. Quick release and wireless design, long operating time are the great features of this high-performance instrument.
Quick conversion from clip-on to 3x thermal imaging monocularJust a few seconds and the new compact Pulsar 3x20B monocular is enough to transform the Krypton 2 into a 3x thermal imaging device. With the connection lock, the Krypton 2 can be quickly and easily converted from a thermal imaging attachment to a thermal imaging monocular and back again in field conditions.
Ergonomic Bluetooth Remote ControlThe wireless Bluetooth remote control Pulsar BT completely duplicates the buttons on the device. The remote control features excellent ergonomics - the buttons activate the most commonly used functions, while the device parameters for fine-tuning and menu navigation are selected by turning or pressing the encoder. The design, size, and positioning of the buttons and the rotary encoder are designed to be operated both with bare hands and with gloves. When the remote control is mounted in a convenient location on the fore-end or on the rifle stock, a hunter only needs a few movements to adjust the attachment and can fully concentrate on the hunt.
Adaptive User InterfaceA new feature for Pulsar thermal imaging attachments is the adaptation of the graphical user interface. The positions of the menu and the instrument's status bar are scaled by the user to a convenient view by changing the magnification of the day scope to see the current information about the status of the attachment and to work with the menu at a wide range of magnifications.
Multicolor Full HD AMOLED DisplayThe new FHD full-color AMOLED display features high contrast, a wide dynamic range, and energy savings. The fast response time ensures a clear and fluid image during motion observation or when freezing.
