The Barnes Vor-TX are loaded with a polymer tip that ensures a flat trajectory and precision even at longer distances. The expanding projectile made of 100% copper expands in 4 petals, guarantees exit wounds, and short escape distances with minimal hematoma formation.
Barnes, a pioneer in the development of lead-free copper hunting bullets, is now entering the production of lead-free hunting cartridges. Expansion to double caliber size, nearly 100% retained weight, and excellent precision characterize these lead-free expanding projectiles made of 100% copper. Several grooves in the projectile create a pressure reduction in the barrel, thus being barrel-friendly and ensuring hair cuts at the point of impact. The petal expansion in 4 "petals" ensures high energy transfer in the game body and always guarantees an exit wound.
TTSX = Tipped Triple Shock X lead-free bullet, an advancement of the TSX bullet with a blue polymer tip. Faster expansion upon impact with the game body and improved precision, especially at longer distances, are the advantages of this new bullet innovation.
