Keep the fish well chilled until just before grilling.
Fish such as trout, sea bream, salmon, tuna, or sea bass are best suited due to their fat and firm flesh.
With the fish griller, these types of fish can be placed on the grill particularly well.

You can also make cross cuts on both sides of the fish at intervals of 1 cm.
