Here we need an official letter from your authority stating that no import permit is required. Alternatively, an excerpt from the law indicating that no import permit is necessary will suffice.
If this is also not possible, your local gun dealer or gunsmith will certainly be happy to assist you. For a gun dealer/gunsmith, a scan of their firearms trading license is sufficient for us.
