EU decorative weapons or new decorative weapons may be purchased freely from the age of 18 (without a criminal record) and must then be registered with the local weapons authority via notification certificate within 14 days of purchase.

Here we require an official letter from your authority stating that no import permit is required. Alternatively, an excerpt from the law indicating that no import permit is necessary will suffice.
If this is also not possible, your local gun dealer or gunsmith will certainly be happy to assist you. For a gun dealer/gunsmith, a scan of their firearms trading license is sufficient for us.
