Korn has a phosphorescent insert instead of the "normal" white plastic insert (dot). This stores ambient light and then emits it in the dark. Thus, a glow-in-the-dark sight can be used for a long time after being "charged" for about one minute with a flashlight! The height of the sight corresponds to the standard GLOCK sight of 4.1mm. This sight contains NO radioactive components!
