Professional Infrared Night Vision FERO 51The Fero 51 is an IR scope and NOT a low-light amplifier. Inside the tube is a Zeiss image converter that transforms the infrared rays entering the “lens” into an image. This image tube is powered by a high-voltage converter that transforms 1.5 volts input voltage to 16,000 volts output voltage. The device is turned on using one of the two buttons on the upper part of the scope. To use the Fero 51, an infrared spotlight/ Laserlux/ tactical lamp with IR attachment, or similar must be used. With an IR spotlight, visibility can reach up to 300m even in complete darkness, with excellent sharpness, incomparable to low-light amplifiers/ night vision devices! The Fero 51 IR scopes come from the arsenal stocks of the ÖBH. The device is used but of course fully functional, checked and tested.
