Smith & Wesson Extended Cylinder Release all Model enlarged cylinder opening lever "Extended Cylinder Release - Longslide" suitable for all Smith & Wesson revolvers with K-, L-, & N- frames made of stainless steel in "Polished Stainless-Steel" & in "Satin" or made of steel, black blued Features & Technique: This cylinder opening lever does not need to be modified and can be easily replaced with the existing one. This enlarged cylinder release button allows for easier and faster cartridge changes. The cylinder can be opened/unlocked much faster and easier than with conventional cylinder releases. Even in "normal use," this cylinder lever is advantageous, as it not only significantly simplifies the handling of the weapon but also is certainly an eye-catcher at the shooting range and, of course, represents a real enhancement for your revolver. This "Extended Cylinder Release" is equally suitable for all S&W revolvers with K-, L-, and N- frames, very well crafted and made of stainless steel. The satin surface has been matted by glass bead blasting. The textured, almost sharp knurling on the "thumb rest" ensures that even a sweaty thumb gets 100% grip. Due to its long and slim design, this release offers even simpler and improved handling compared to tuning parts from other well-known manufacturers... Simply remove the screw in the cylinder lever of your revolver, take out the old lever and replace it (with the original screw) with the new "Extended Release." The release change is done. To ensure a safe and permanently "recoil-resistant" installation, we recommend applying half a drop of Loctite thread locker "Medium" or similar to the screw nut during installation of the Long-Release. !!!
