The CVA Cascade SR80 was designed with a very clear purpose in mind: It is a pure bolt-action rifle in the legendary Scout style, tailor-made for highly specialized hunting scenarios such as driven hunts, monterías, tracking large game, and for tough use by dog handlers and hunting guides. To optimally protect the barrel and action in dense underbrush or adverse weather conditions, the metal parts are made of robust steel, classically blued, and additionally coated with an extremely durable, matte black Cerakote protective layer.
