The Axis XP SR from Savage Arms features a 56 cm long carbon steel barrel with a muzzle thread M13x1. Optimal heat dissipation is achieved through the button-rifled and perfectly centered barrel, which improves precision and rigidity. Left-handed shooters are also well accommodated with this model.

The system is made of steel, and the 2-position safety is easy to reach and operate. The oversized bolt handle allows for quick cycling even while wearing gloves. This repeater has a removable 4-shot box magazine.

This rifle has a newly revised, more ergonomic black plastic stock. To provide better handling of the weapon, the forend and pistol grip are equipped with grip grooves. A rifle sling can be mounted on the designated 2 sling swivel studs. The whole is rounded off with a thick black rubber butt pad, which additionally reduces recoil.

The 108 cm long and 3.3 kg lightweight repeater rifle from Savage Arms combines high quality with precision. A lightweight and weatherproof rifle.
