Acquisition of firearms and shipping within the country

If you wish to purchase an item via shipping, please note that we require your complete contact details, including a phone number. You will receive an email from us with an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note that the order will be sent as a PDF, and please also check your spam folder. Here you will find all the necessary information such as shipping costs and bank details. When purchasing firearms, we require your acquisition permit in the following form:
For the purchase of handguns or for the purchase of long guns through a firearms ownership card (WBK) with an approved pre-entry, we always need the WBK in original, as we, as the transferor, must enter the model and serial number.
For the purchase of long guns by hunters, we require the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan via email, but only in connection with the telephone extension and the name of the responsible contact person at your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary for you to be able to identify yourself personally to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM; by arrangement, a different delivery address can also be specified. Scheduled deliveries are also possible, but they incur costs.

Acquisition of firearms and shipping to EU countries

Sales to EU countries are possible; however, we require a so-called transport permit from the recipient country.
To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, we cannot determine the shipping costs.
If you wish to purchase a firearm from an EU country, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email in the form of a so-called customer order, which includes the firearm number and bank details or the international account details. The customer order will also specify the actual transport costs incurred. These must be paid in advance along with the firearm price. You will receive this as a PDF file; please also check your spam folder.
With the incoming payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the firearm may be released for sale again. You will then have no claim to fulfillment of your order.
Once you have received the EU transport permit from your responsible regulatory authority, please send us the original; you will receive this back with the ordered firearm. We will then apply for the German export permit. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can usually take 8-10 days, in some cases even 2-3 weeks.
After that, the firearm will be shipped as soon as possible.

In general, we always require a phone number for international shipping, preferably a mobile phone or a landline number where you can be reached at any time for inquiries.

Acquisition of firearms and shipping to non-EU countries

If you wish to purchase a firearm from abroad, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email in the form of a so-called customer order, indicating the firearm number and the international bank details. This will be sent as a PDF; please check your spam folder. With immediate payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the firearm may be released for sale again. You will then have no claim to fulfillment of your order. Since shipping firearms to these countries can be difficult and expensive, we work with the company Krico and Falko (the contact details of the company will be sent to you upon request). However, the buyer must commission and settle the shipping with this company.

After payment for the firearm, the firearm will be shipped on your behalf to the

As a commercial provider selling batteries and devices that contain them, we are obliged under the Battery Act (BattG) to inform you that batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in household waste. Therefore, a crossed-out trash can is depicted on the batteries or accumulators. Furthermore, the chemical symbol of the pollutant is printed: Cd for cadmium, Pb for lead, and Hg for mercury.
As a consumer, you are legally obligated to return exhausted batteries and accumulators. After use, you can return the used batteries and accumulators to us or drop them off free of charge at municipal collection points or at the associated trade in your area.
